Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer with extensive experience in modern web UI/UX development. As an early hire, you will be key in designing, developing, and optimizing highly responsive web applications using React, NodeJS, and TailwindCSS. You should have deep expertise in crafting elegant, high-performance, and accessible front-end architectures while collaborating closely with product, design, and back-end teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize highly responsive and visually appealing web applications using NextJS and TailwindCSS.
Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions that ensure high performance and accessibility.
Tightly collaborate with and lead UI/UX designers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Integrate and maintain APIs with Python-based back-end services.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and performance tuning of front-end applications.
Implement modern state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
Build and maintain reusable component libraries for efficient development workflows.
Optimize front-end builds and bundle sizes for fast-loading applications.
Work closely with product, back-end engineers, and AI teams to bring AI-driven interfaces to life.
Adopt best practices in coding standards, security, and testing for production-ready applications.

Minimum Qualifications

Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
7+ years of professional experience in front-end development with modern UI frameworks.
Strong expertise in React, NodeJS, and TailwindCSS with hands-on experience in production environments.
Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with component-driven development and front-end architecture best practices.
Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with front-end performance optimization techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or GitLab).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries such as Storybook.
Knowledge of WebSockets, WebRTC, or real-time data streaming.
Exposure to AI-powered interfaces and working with LLM/GenAI applications.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for front-end deployments.
