As a Business Development Representative, you’ll

  • Research and prospect into targeted accounts, markets and segments searching for key organizations and people.

  • Book in meetings through proactively reaching out to potential customers with thoughtful, researched content and messaging - including email, phone, and LinkedIn and X.

  • Engage with prospects and route the applicable leads within the sales team.

  • Route online chat, trial-request, and helping sign-ups help find the data & insights they’re looking for.

  • Operate workflows, trial-flows, and standard automation within Hubspot.

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and sales colleagues to maximize the effectiveness of content and sales-collateral.


What You Bring

  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree.

  • You bring prior experience in startups, software sales, or related fields, ideally with familiarity with SaaS-based technologies.

  • You have experience with social selling and networking tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • You have proven expertise in outbound activities, including cold outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Confidence in crafting and delivering compelling messages to diverse audiences.

  • Tech and Ecosystem Passion: A genuine interest in the tech and startup landscape, with the ability to connect with clients on this shared passion.

  • You have a strong sense of urgency and are proactive and accountable.

  • You feel right at home in a startup environment where learning is constant, and OKRs, continuous feedback, and curiosity form the backbone of our operations.

  • You’re eligible to work in the EU and are fluent in English. Additional language skills are welkom / wilkommen / bienvenido / kyaosopartaal.
