Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including status changes, leaves, and attendance.
* Support the onboarding process by coordinating paperwork, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
* Monitor and track leave requests, absences, and other time-off policies.
* Help in processing HR-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Coordinate with employees and departments for HR-related inquiries.
* Support the senior HR team in various administrative and operational tasks.
* Participate in HR projects and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HR software is a plus.
* Prior HR experience is a bonus but not required—training will be provided.
