Product Manager

Product Manager Remote (Eastern Standard Time hours), travel 1-3 times a year

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a product manager who is passionate about bringing customer needs to life. You will work with an engineering team and designer to discover, define, develop, and launch products for our healthcare customers who are operationalizing compliance and governance processes in the name of patient safety. Being able to work cross-functionally is key to ensuring that clients love our whole product experience – and we know our customers love us (please ask us about our retention rate!).  

What You’ll Do: 

• Define: Build our roadmap to reflect customer feedback, market feedback, and company strategy. Conduct research to select the right problems we need to tackle, in order for Ntracts to move our business strategy forward. Use your knowledge of the user to assist leadership in evolving our product strategy, especially as we expand into other buyer personas and markets.
• Execute: Deeply understand problems so we can confidently deliver impactful solutions to our customers in each release. Write clear product requirements and help break down features into release-able milestones that are valuable to the customer. Bring creativity to the solutioning process, including evaluating build vs. partner approaches. 
• Communicate: Lead discussions with customers, partners, engineering, implementation consultants, support, sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to gather information. Distill that information into priorities and problems, and use those takeaways to influence your stakeholders. Clearly communicate your strategy, so your stakeholders are never surprised.  

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of product management experience, or have similar experience working with engineers, customers, and design in product-adjacent roles. We care that you know how to bring something from a concept to launch.
• Self-driven attitude that thrives on working with small teams, making decisions independently, and proactively identifying challenges to tackle.
• Desire to have broad ownership and be a quick learner in order to be effective. You’ll have a wide range of responsibilities, from search and workflows to reporting, AI, and APIs. You'll learn these domains on-the-job and take full ownership of decisions and outcomes in these areas.
• Love of enterprise B2B products and customers.
