Atmosera is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing team and specialize in hiring top-tier talent for technical positions, especially Azure roles, and for executive, sales and administrative positions.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in technical recruitment, particularly within the cloud computing, Microsoft Azure, and IT consulting domains. This role requires strategic sourcing, building a strong tech talent pipeline, managing contingent staffing needs by working effectively with agency partners, and fostering relationships with hiring managers to ensure we attract and retain skilled employees.
Responsibilities:Identify, source, and screen top-tier talent (both technical and non-technical) with a focus on diversity hiring. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top Azure talent, including cloud architects, engineers, project managers, and managed services roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, advise on best practices, and coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process, including defining role requirements, designing interview processes, and effectively assessing candidates' technical and non-technical skills. Utilize various recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, etc.) and sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, direct outreach) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical and functional roles related to Azure solutions, cloud migrations, enterprise consulting, and managed services operations. Work with hiring managers to review, create, and refine job descriptions. Develop and execute strategies to effectively distribute job postings and reach relevant candidate pools. Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to evaluate candidates' expertise in Azure technologies. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within our ATS (Lever). Present qualified candidates, as evidenced by a high interview-to-offer ratio. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to forecast goals and hiring needs, building a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring, and developing realistic candidate profiles based on market trends and talent availability. Proactively engage with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs, provide updates, and maintain open lines of communication. Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from application to onboarding. Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates to build robust talent pipelines that anticipate future hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.Required Experience & Qualifications:8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably within Azure, cloud computing, or IT consulting domains.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS services cloud architectures, and enterprise consulting roles.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever).Proven ability to source, engage, and close highly skilled Azure professionals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize recruitment metrics.Experience working with global and remote teams is a plus.Perks & Benefits:

This is a full-time position in the United States with the ability to work from home, or from one of our many US offices if local.
