Job description

We are looking for a talented quant developer to join our dynamic team. As a Quantitative Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex quantitative models, analytics, and tools to support the trading and risk management activities of the company. You will work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and risk managers to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also collaborate with other technology teams to ensure the efficient implementation and integration of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complex quantitative models and analytics, including pricing models, risk models, and portfolio optimization models.

• Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and risk managers to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

• Develop and maintain software tools and libraries for pricing, risk management, and portfolio optimization.

• Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure the efficient implementation and integration of these solutions.

• Develop and maintain automated testing, deployment, and monitoring systems to ensure the reliability and performance of the software.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in quantitative finance, and apply this knowledge to improve the company's trading and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in developing quantitative models and analytics in a financial services environment.

• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or other quantitative programming languages.

• Knowledge of financial markets, financial products, and risk management principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
