About The Role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Supervisor Liaison Officer (SLO) advocates for GP supervisors' needs, informs policy and process improvements, and enhances training environments. They collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders like GPSA and industry forums.

As our Supervisor Liaison Officer, you'll also:

  • Advocate for the needs of GP supervisors in the RACGP training network.
  • Develop and enhance systems, policies, and processes to support general practice training environments.
  • Represent the Supervisor Network at industry forums and liaise with stakeholders like General Practice Supervisors Australia (GPSA).
  • Collaborate with RACGP teams, Registrars, and Practice Managers to deliver quality improvements


Skills & Experience

  • Registered and accredited GP Supervisor with RACGP.
  • Strong advocacy and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of AGPT training environments and policies.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement (highly desirable).
