Job Responsibilities
Support the implementation and refinement of the NUHS@Home IT/NGEMR strategic plans, as well as long-term planning of strategy & workplans
Support in development in NUHS@Home IT and NGEMR project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverable, and monitoring and reporting of outcomes in a timely manner.
Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of project tasks.
Monitor project task progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively address them to minimise delays.
Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure the successful ops & technology integration.
Identify potential barriers to change and propose solutions to overcome them.
Develop communication plans, training materials such as training manuals, user guides, and other change management tools to facilitate a smooth transition.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that materials are accurate, relevant, and engaging
Efficiently complete assigned tasks within the specified timeline, ensuring high-quality work and timeliness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or technology
Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Gantt charts and project management software, is a plus
