As we are expanding our Machine Learning and Data Engineering teams, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to build together our innovative products. You will combine state-of-the-art and emerging technologies to get our users the most interesting content and to give us the best insights possible to drive strategic decisions. What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust data and/or ML services for our products, based on vast lakes of Cosmose data
• Build and implement internal tools or prepare one-off reports for our data-driven decision and monitoring needs
• Make our data or ML solutions available at scale, with support from our Software Reliability Engineering team
• Design and run advanced A/B tests to assess the developed features or content recommendation algorithms
• Maintain high code quality standards through proper design, well-structured automated testing, and thorough code reviews
• Assist with the assessments of experiments and formulate recommendations as to the best course of action in product development based on data
• Drive innovation by staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Significant experience in software development with a focus on building and deploying scalable solutions. We work in Python, we like Clickhouse.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and demonstrated proficiency in software design.
• Passion for ML, AI, statistics, data engineering, and/or performance optimization.
• Experience in relevant teams, and hands-on experience with big data processing or warehousing technologies, MLOps is a plus.
• Interest or experience in infrastructure development is a plus.
• A mindset for innovation and a passion for building impactful, data-driven products in a startup environment.
