As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Salesforce platform, including user account management, ensuring data integrity, and supporting configuration updates and enhancements.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data, including de-duplication, cleansing, and data uploads.
Create and modify reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Provide end-user training and support to maximize the effective use of the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with the development team to support and implement minor system enhancements and fixes.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uninterrupted operation.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and provide recommendations for adopting new features and functionality.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year experience as a Salesforce Administrator or related role.
Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Location: Remote
Compensation: Based on the number of hours rendered and paid in USD.
