Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Workday Talent & Learning Consultant, Evergreen
As a Workday Talent & Learning Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Participate in full-cycle and phase X implementation projects within the Workday HCM product suite
Provide post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies
Collaborate with team to help clients navigate the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of the Talent & Learning module
When necessary, lead conversion of legacy data into Workday by scoping conversion requirements, executing data transformation activities, and supporting end user validation activities from existing legacy system to new system
Participate in the advisory, planning and implementation of Talent & Learning applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration
Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates and recommendations
Prioritize client’s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
We’re looking for someone with:
2+ years of recent Workday (or similar ERP) experience implementing Workday Talent/Learning
1-2 large end-to-end implementations or 3-4 small end-to-end implementations within Talent/Learning, with a demonstrated deep knowledge of Talent/Learning configuration
Experience as a lead consultant on Workday Talent/Learning or HCM projects a plus
Current certification in Workday Talent/Learning
Previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner
Experience deploying multiple Workday Talent/Learning or HCM projects simultaneously a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $160,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.
This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach to travel is different. Instead of the traditional Monday-Thursday grind, we thoughtfully schedule on-site client visits based on project needs and team well-being. Expect travel for this position to range from 25-30%, occasionally reaching up to 50% for critical project phases.
