Job description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, orchestrator, and robots for automation of business processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to understand requirements and create automation solutions.
Develop reusable components, scripts, and libraries to enhance automation efficiency.
Implement automation solutions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Integrate Python-based scripts within UiPath workflows for advanced automation scenarios (e.g., data processing, complex logic).
Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automated workflows to ensure optimal functionality.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality of automation solutions.
Provide technical support and training to junior developers and team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in RPA and automation.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience in developing automation workflows using UiPath.
Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
1+ years of experience in Python scripting, with an ability to integrate Python into RPA solutions.
Strong knowledge of automation best practices, debugging, and error handling.
UiPath Certified Developer (RPA Developer Advanced Certification).
Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions.
Good communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating them into automation workflows.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning integrations within RPA workflows.
