Working As a Senior Java Developer, You Will

Develop and implement advanced, scalable applications using Java technologies
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve software issues while optimizing performance
Collaborate on architectural planning and make key technical decisions for projects
Mentor and support junior team members in their technical growth
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects and code

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development
Proficiency in Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with Maven and message queues like Kafka or Pub/Sub
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud, but Azure/AWS are also valued)
Strong SQL skills and version control expertise using Git
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, or other orchestration tools
Experience with BPMN 2.0 workflow design and tools like Flowable, Camunda, or similar is a plus
Knowledge of multithreaded programming and distributed systems
Familiarity with monitoring tools like ELK
A passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and working collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
