Working As An IT Analyst, You Will

Design and document new features based on input provided by business stakeholders
Translate business needs into technical specifications using tools like SQL, UML, and BPMN, creating documentation to guide developers
Collect and analyze data from diverse sources, including SQL databases, BigQuery, and CSV files, to uncover actionable insights
Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems, ensuring all processes and solutions are well-documented and easy to understand

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, including involvement in the technical coordination of projects
Ability to prepare technical requirements based on input from business stakeholders
Proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques such as process modeling, functional requirements documentation, state diagrams, and use case scenarios
Hands-on experience with SQL, UML, BPMN, and documenting IT analysis
Familiarity with REST APIs
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and explore areas outside your expertise
Fluency in both Polish and English
Readiness to travel occasionally for client or team meetings
