What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience in support coordination, case management, or disability services.
🔹 An existing participant caseload.
🔹 Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework.
🔹 Excellent communication and organisational skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
🔹 Relevant qualifications (Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Community Services, etc.) preferred.
About the Role:
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping participants navigate their plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals.
We are specifically looking for Independent Support Coordinators with an existing caseload who want to transition into a secure, team-based role without the stress of running their own business.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Support participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
✔️ Connect them with the right services, health professionals, and community resources.
✔️ Monitor progress, ensuring supports align with participant goals.
✔️ Maintain compliance with NDIS guidelines while focusing on quality outcomes.
✔️ Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred support.
