We are looking for a Community Manager responsible for executing and supervising all social media channels from the LatAm Hub. You will develop strategies to attract new users, manage community interactions, and drive engagement from off platform communities to on platform activities. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of social media trends, experience in community building, and a knack for encouraging meaningful interactions within a niche community.
Responsibilities
Build brand awareness through all social media channels with the content team and oversee the correct brand usage in our media partners
Track and analyze community engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and overall growth.
Respond to community inquiries, manage discussions, and foster a friendly, safe, and inclusive environment.
Be able to create strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media messaging platforms
Oversee social media calendars from other teams
Identify trending topics, relevant discussions, and opportunities to engage with communities aligned with our brand.
Collaborate with the growth, product, and analytics teams to align community goals and integrate on platform and off platform campaigns.
Requirements
Proven working experience in social media marketing, community management, or related roles, preferably from iGaming domain.
Excellent writing (Spanish)
Fluency in English
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Strong skills in content creation, with experience tailoring messaging for different platforms.
