WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Senior Associate/Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and work on diverse clinical optimization projects (i.e. ECM, BH, dental, pharmacy, patient access, etc.). You will work closely with client teams to analyze workflows, craft operational strategies, and contribute to client-facing deliverables. Your role is focused on supporting the delivery of high-quality consulting services, supporting the project management/coordination process, providing subject matter expertise to enhance the project, and contributing to client relationships.

- Judgement: Uses excellent independent judgment when making decisions, planning projects, and supervising staff. Understands limitations of expertise and seeks consultation appropriately.
- Expertise: Subject matter expertise in their domain and ability to see how their area of expertise integrates with other divisions. Look for opportunities across the firm to utilize SMEs across the firm. Some leadership experience with 5+ years of experience in their field is preferred.
- Decision-Making Authority: Authorized to make independent decisions regarding the scope of tasks.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with care management program design (i.e. Enhanced Care Management) and have the capability to lead implementation of care management strategies, working to improve care management programs and optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to analyze workflows, identify improvements, and develop innovative strategies across diverse healthcare disciplines (medical, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, ECM, social services).
- Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to address social drivers of health (SDOH) to enhance patient well-being.
- Create and develop documentation such as policies, protocols, and procedural manuals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project deliverables for internal stakeholders and clients, using tools like MS PowerPoint, Prezi, and similar software.
- Assist in the creation and publication of meeting notes, progress reports, and project timelines to maintain alignment across the team and client.
- Gather data, prepare reports, and assist with workflow development
- Create presentations, project artifacts, and communication materials based on guidance of project manager to ensure clarity and effective messaging for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all project deliverables are accurate, precise, and easy to understand, requiring minimal editing.
- Assist in the development of interventions that align with client operations, ensuring actionable recommendations.
- Conduct research and data analysis through document review, interviews, and environmental research to uncover insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Apply problem-solving skills to assist in the identification of operational. inefficiencies and suggest improvements under the guidance of the Manager.
- Foster collaboration within the team and with external client groups, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and strategies.
- Contribute to the overall success of projects by supporting team members, collaborating on solutions, and proactively ensuring that project goals are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- 3-7 years of experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, or consulting with leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, public health, business administration, or a related field.
- Expertise in health center operations, with experience in workflow design and program development.
- Experience supporting care management projects and understanding operational and clinical strategies to improve patient care.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse healthcare teams.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort with learning new technical platforms, EHR systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to reconcile large sets of data and link detailed analysis with strategic priorities.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and developing clear, concise reports and documentation.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones (EST, CST, PST) with flexibility to work an average of 48 hours a week.

LOCATION: Facktor supports a remote office environment. The Senior Associate will be required to travel to client locations an estimated 20% of the time and as needed.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time
SALARY RANGE: We are flexible regarding the position level, considering candidates for Senior Associate or Manager roles. Senior Associate: $90,000-$115,000 Manager: $110,000-$140,000. The salary range is subject to adjustments based on individual skills, experience, and geographic location.
