The Global Compensation Consultant will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing global compensation strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals. This role requires expertise in compensation management, understanding of global markets, and the ability to provide strategic insights on employee compensation.
Compensation Strategy Development:
Develop and implement global compensation frameworks that align with company goals.
Advise on salary structures, incentive programs, and equity plans for employees at all levels.
Market Analysis & Benchmarking:
Conduct in-depth salary surveys and analyze market trends in multiple countries to ensure competitive pay structures.
Provide recommendations on base salary, bonus, and benefits to remain competitive and compliant.
Global Compliance:
Ensure that compensation programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation practices.
Work closely with legal and HR teams to manage global compensation requirements.
Global Compensation Reviews:
Lead the compensation review process across regions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Assist in managing executive compensation and incentive programs on a global scale.
Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on pay decisions, incentive plans, and job classifications.
Employee Compensation Communication:
Support HR teams with internal communication regarding compensation programs.
Assist in educating managers and employees on compensation philosophy and practices.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze and report on compensation data to guide decision-making processes.
Prepare presentations for senior leadership on compensation strategies and trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure a holistic approach to compensation design and management.
Act as a consultant to HR Business Partners, helping them address compensation-related issues.
Global Mobility:
Advise on compensation packages for international assignments and expatriate employees.
Ensure that global mobility compensation programs are aligned with company policies and local market conditions.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date on global compensation trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Drive continuous improvement in compensation-related processes and tools.
Salary Range
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor within the US market. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CCP) is preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in global compensation, HR, or related roles.
Experience with multi-country compensation programs and international salary structures.
Strong knowledge of global labor markets and legal compliance.
Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and departments.
Proficient in HRIS systems, compensation software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of global tax regulations, benefits, and payroll practices.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of equity compensation, sales compensation and executive compensation practices
