Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented International Product Readiness Manager to oversee the comprehensive readiness assessment, data support management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of our products in international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product is fully prepared for global release and aligns with country-specific requirements, while maintaining data integrity and compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities

  • Product Launch Coordination: Ensure the product is ready for release in international markets by working closely with local teams to ensure product data is accurately prepared and ready for launch.
  • Knowledge Transfer & Global Platform Understanding: Facilitate knowledge transfer (KT) and ensure a deep understanding of the global platform to enable market configuration, localization of go-to-market (GTM) tools, and overall product readiness well within established timelines.
  • Stage Gate & Milestone Tracking: Maintain proper tracking of stage gates and milestones, ensuring progress is documented and communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the global Marlo Team to ensure product and service alignments meet global standards and are consistent across all markets.
  • Customer Service Alignment: Work closely with country-specific customer service teams to ensure localized support strategies and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Data Process Management: Oversee data processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with international standards, ensuring smooth operations across markets.
  • Product Readiness Management: Lead efforts to prepare and manage product readiness to facilitate user adoption and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless launch experience for all involved.
  • Support Model Development: Develop and refine a robust support model to meet market-specific needs, including resource planning and process optimization.
  • Audits & Transition Readiness Assessments: Conduct thorough audits and readiness assessments to ensure products are fully prepared for transition and release in international markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on international markets
  • Strong understanding of product readiness processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and effective communication
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
