Position Summary: 

The Product Manager will lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of our cyber security product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber security threats, technologies, and market needs to drive product innovation, enhance user experience, and ensure products meet or exceed market expectations. 

What you will be doing:

Product Strategy & Development: 

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for cyber security solutions, aligning with company goals and market opportunities. 
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in cyber security. 
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the product team, ensuring customer satisfaction and advocacy for product improvements. 
  • Interact with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing through the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement. 
  • Prioritize product features based on business impact, customer feedback, and security requirements. 

Productization: 

  • Establish and refine processes for productizing internal projects or services. 
  • Design, implement, and adjust pricing models for cyber security products to balance growth, profitability, and customer acquisition. 
  • Analyze pricing elasticity, competitor pricing, and customer willingness to pay to inform pricing decisions. 
  • Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in cyber security. 
  • Work with security teams to integrate security by design into product development processes. 

You have:

  • Training, certifications, and degrees showing continuous learning and a growth mindset. 
  • 3 or more years in a product or project manager role, preferably in technology or Cyber Security. 
  • Deep understanding of cyber security principles, threats, and defense mechanisms. 
  • Ability to translate complex security needs into actionable product requirements. 
  • Strong technical acumen; familiarity with security technologies like firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection systems, etc. 
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills. 
  • Strong data analysis skills for making product decisions. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to diverse audiences. 
  • Strategic visionary with the ability to navigate the fast-evolving cyber security landscape. 
  • Customer-centric approach to product development. 
  • Collaborative leader who can inspire and manage teams across disciplines. 
  • Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, customer visits, or industry conferences. 

 

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
