LTSis seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager overseeing and managing the quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory adherence within healthcare programs and services that support military readiness and operational health. This role ensures that healthcare programs align with DOD policies, regulations, and national standards to support the health of military personnel and related stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that all healthcare operations meet DOD regulations, policies, and procedures.
Develop and enforce systems to track and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Lead internal and external audits related to healthcare services and military readiness.
Implement and manage quality control programs to ensure healthcare services provided meet the highest standards.
Develop and execute performance improvement initiatives based on quality data analysis.
Ensure appropriate training and education for healthcare personnel regarding quality standards and best practices.
Generate reports on the health readiness program’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and audits.
Work closely with senior leadership and other department heads to ensure alignment with DOD health readiness goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and quality matters, offering guidance and training to staff.
Identify potential risks related to healthcare quality and compliance and develop mitigation strategies.
Participate in the investigation of incidents or breaches and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Lead efforts to innovate processes that enhance operational readiness and healthcare service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in quality management or compliance in healthcare. Experience in working in a DOD, military, or government health environment highly preferred.
Certified in healthcare quality (e.g., CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or other related certifications preferred.
In-depth understanding of DOD health systems, healthcare regulations, military readiness requirements, and healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, JCAHO).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis and quality management tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
