Automation Tooling Development (ATD) creates cutting-edge engineering solutions for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to enhance visibility into equipment status, operations, and management. Our team leverages advanced technologies to automate the processes, reduce vendor dependencies by delivering vendor-agnostic solutions, maximize operational benefits of existing solutions, and streamline customer experiences.
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of integration services at the highest quality. You will work closely with upstream and downstream partner teams to coordinate, and organize deployments across the Fulfillment network, and maintain core KPIs. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, understanding of integration services, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced, environment. You will be also responsible to implement the plan of record (POR), proactively manage/communicate the status, risks, mitigation actions, and track efficiency metrics The projects require timely execution with the highest degrees of security, performance, availability, and reliability.
The TPM will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. The TPM will require the following experience and skills with program management and technical leadership.
Program Management requirements:
- Guide the application development process, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination and dependencies management.
- Plan project requirements, identify and mitigate potential risks, and manage project schedules with precision. Ensure services are seamlessly delivered at the highest quality. Capture and maintain development KPIs through standard mechanisms and tools
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, bridging gaps and facilitating seamless workflows. Synchronize with resource managers, contractors, and TPMs, on schedules, assignments and labor planning.
- Own/drive the team's program plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Technical Leadership requirements:
- Work closely with product engineering teams to build scalable, distributed services that automate processes, reduce vendor dependencies, maximize operational benefits, and streamline customer experiences.
- Leverage your strong technical background to navigate complex challenges, making informed decisions and driving innovation. Demonstrate decision-making and complex problem-solving skills by proactively gathering data, considering multiple perspectives, and implementing effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Requirements:
An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science (or related field) plus 3-5 years industry experience as a software developer or technical lead is required
- Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
- A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment
- Ability to work the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Should be familiar with Linux, Java, and HTML

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
