Job description

Heunets is a forward-thinking ITSM company committed to empowering businesses and organizations with the transformative force of technology. We are seeking a creative and meticulous Digital Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, create, and manage compelling digital contents for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and target audiences.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies, as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and marketing.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content projects.
  • Utilize WordPress for content management and website updates.
  • Develop and maintain public relations (PR) strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Leverage digital media channels to amplify content reach and engagement.
  • Monitor online reputation and manage social media comments, responding to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Track and report on online sentiment and brand perception, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a content creator or in a similar role within digital marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of public relations (PR) strategies and digital media channels.
  • Experience in monitoring online reputation and managing social media interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and web publishing.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry.
