The Opportunity

 

Neato is seeking a dynamic and skilled e-commerce specialist to join our team in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in supporting US-based Senior Brand Managers, focusing on driving growth and enhancing the presence of our partners' brands on Amazon. As a key liaison between departments, you will support and help manage and implement strategies to boost sales and brand visibility. We are looking for a self-driven individual with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills. This position requires continuous learning, creative problem-solving, analytics, and flexibility.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new partners and ongoing projects with current partners in multiple marketplaces.
  • Create and manage content and functionality of product listings, including organizing new product information to support creating listings.
  • Collaborate with teams to support listing optimization through keyword research and monitoring and content development.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize online sales and enhance brand visibility, paying meticulous attention to details that differentiate our product listings from competitors.
  • Support brand team with execution and coordination on new product launches and go to market projects.
  • Responsively handle requests from our business partners and Senior Brand Managers.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and systems to support business growth.
  • Foster teamwork and cooperation with team members and stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Attend weekly team meetings.
  • Learn and become an expert on Amazon.
  • Uphold a professional and positive image of Neato in all interactions.

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience working on Amazon (Seller Central), which can include a mix of brand and agency roles. Must have a proven track record of driving growth for major brands.
  • Digital Landscape Knowledge: Understanding of the digital landscape, encompassing Amazon and other eCommerce platforms, marketing channels, and emerging technologies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently while adhering to an overall management strategy. Must be adept at handling multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel formatting and communication via Microsoft Teams. Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, ASANA, Click Up, etc., is preferred.
  • Technical Requirements: Must have a fast and stable internet connection, including backup power and internet solutions for uninterrupted work.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on problem-solving and keen attention to detail. Ability to analyze Amazon metrics, sales data, and market trends for informed decision-making.

  • Proactive Support: Anticipate the needs of the Sr. Brand Manager
    and provide timely, high-quality deliverables that contribute to the
    success of brand strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all product listings, reports, and data
    analyses are accurate, complete, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Seamlessly manage day-to-day tasks and
    execute initiatives to optimize workflow and free up the Sr. Brand
    Manager for higher-level strategy.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Act as a key liaison between departments,
    fostering smooth communication and ensuring alignment across teams
    to meet project deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in
    processes and systems to support the Sr. Brand Manager’s goals more
    effectively.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Accuracy of Deliverables: Maintain a 99% or higher accuracy rate in
    product listings, reports, and data inputs to minimize errors impacting
    the Sr. Brand Manager’s metrics.
  • Timely Execution: Complete assigned tasks and projects by the
    agreed-upon deadlines, supporting the Sr. Brand Manager’s ability to
    meet sales and strategic goals.
  • Support for Sales Growth: Contribute to the achievement of
    monthly and YoY sales growth targets by monitoring inventory health,
    reviewing the buy box status, and supporting store audits to ensure
    optimal performance.
  • Data and Reporting Accuracy: Provide comprehensive and accurate
    reports on brand performance metrics, including sales trends,
    inventory levels, and campaign effectiveness, to aid the Sr. Brand
    Manager in decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Task Coordination: Ensure 100% follow-through
    on cross-functional tasks by coordinating with teams like supply chain,
    marketing, and creative to support brand initiatives.
