The Channel Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing relationships with channel partners to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. Unlike traditional direct sales roles, this position focuses on pipeline development through indirect channels, ensuring our solutions reach new markets via trusted partners.
This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.
Pipeline Development – Drive revenue growth by developing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities from referral partners and resellers.
Partner Acquisition & Enablement – Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to promote our solutions effectively.
Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, fostering trust and alignment on business goals.
Sales Alignment – Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and deal progression.
Performance Optimization – Set performance targets, track partner activities, and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue contribution.
Go-to-Market Execution – Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including marketing initiatives, co-selling strategies, and enablement programs.
Data-Driven Insights – Use data to monitor partner performance, forecast pipeline growth, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
