Overview:

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a Change Manager to join our Corporate IT division. The Change Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the change process in ServiceNow. Responsibilities will include supporting processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Configuration Management Database, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal and other service modules within ServiceNow. This job will focus on but may not be limited to Change Management.

 

LOCATION

  • This position can be remote for applicants who do not reside in the Jacksonville, FL area.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize, direct, and control the Change Management process within IT. 
  • Ensure that change requests meet the requirements of the Company and that change tickets flow through the process efficiently.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes and work with other process owners to track metrics in their respective areas.
  • Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc., utilizing the data source systems.
  • Document and test some requirements related to the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Provide support and usability training on the Change Management process and the ServiceNow Platform.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Requires 2+ years of experience working in a server-based IT environment.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience communicating to many types of peers, managers, and executives both in writing and verbally.
  • Understanding of ITIL service management requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Relevant ITIL, change management, or ServiceNow certifications.
