You'd be a part of a European team of 3 Production Planer working for the Production Planning globally in our internal systems based on our OKR set.

Use your expertise and become part of our success story as a Production Planer (m/f/d).

Your Tasks:

  • Ownership of Production Planning: Take full end-to-end responsibility for production planning in our Data Factory, ensuring seamless workflows and delivery.
  • Key Interface Role: Act as the bridge between Requirement Engineering and our production teams, managing and optimizing the production program for maximum efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Plan and manage resource pools effectively, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement across all cross-functional teams.
  • Tool Implementation: Evaluate, select, and introduce a new production planning tool to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Define Standards: Establish standards for production planning, documentation and KPI-based central production management to ensure transparency and consistency.


Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: Completed training or studies in a commercial, technical field, or a similar area.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in production planning.
  • Planning Expertise: Proven experience in planning and controlling activities with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
  • Project Management: Practical experience in managing projects and driving them to success.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English; German skills are advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities and a confident, professional demeanor.
  • Certifications: A certification in production management is a plus.
