Remote Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic remote sales professional with experience selling B2B within the business services industry. What You’ll Do 
As a Sales Executive, you’ll focus on: 
  • Identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calls, networking, and events 
  • Responding to incoming leads, conducting needs analyses, preparing customized proposals, and presenting solutions to clients 
  • Fostering trust and likability with prospects to successfully onboard them to myHR Partner’s services 
  • Meeting sales goals while maintaining a steady pipeline of leads 
  • Developing and delivering customized HR solutions and pricing proposals 
  • Representing myHR Partner at trade fairs/networking events (approx. 10% travel)  
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction and service alignment 
  
What We’re Looking For 
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in a service industry, preferably in payroll or outsourced HR services
  • High energy, motivation, and a friendly, trustworthy demeanor 
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships 
  • Experience using CRM software is strongly preferred 
  • Business acumen or knowledge of operations is preferred 
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

  • Location: Work from home/remote role with 10% travel. However, you need to be within the Eastern or Central time zones. Sorry, West Coast- it’s not you, it’s us
