We are a niche ERP software vendor dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that empower our customers to streamline their operations and drive growth. Our product suite spans modern and legacy technologies, and we are embarking on an ambitious development modernization program to update our tooling, processes, and development methodologies.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion for our ERP software solution (Iptor Unified Platform). We work for Distribution, Warehousing and Manufacturing industries. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment between business goals and customer outcomes while fostering innovation and accountability. This role requires a strong sense of accountability, a focus on outcomes over outputs, and a commitment to empowering teams to deliver exceptional value.

       Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Develop and communicate a clear, inspiring vision and strategy for growth-focused initiatives.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to enhance customer lifecycle value through data insights and market research.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of impactful features and solutions that accelerate growth metrics, such as user acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to prioritize and execute initiatives effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

Market & Customer Insights:

  • Engage deeply with customers and leverage market research to guide product decisions.
  • Continuously monitor competitive trends and industry shifts to inform strategy.

Metrics & Outcomes:

  • Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate on solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Implement a test-and-learn approach to validate hypotheses and optimize results.



YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE

  • Product management experience, preferably in SaaS or ERP solutions.

  • Experience working in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with distribution, warehousing or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
