Job Description

  • A great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Systems and Reporting Analyst to join the dynamic team at Endeavour Group!
  • Flexible hybrid role – Office location is Richmond Melbourne 

As the Payroll Systems and Reporting Analyst, you will work within a collaborative team to support the delivery of a National payroll accurately on a weekly and monthly basis.
In this role you will apply your specialist payroll knowledge and SAP experience to support the business requirements in a UAT and reporting role, as well as supporting the broader payroll team.

Here’s a snapshot of the Payroll Systems and Reporting Analyst responsibilities:

  • Requirement gathering for all regulatory and non-regulatory payroll changes including project based tasks
  • User Acceptance Testing for SAP releases and all system changes in Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Maintaining and assisting in the development of Payroll Reporting for Finance and the broader business
  • Supporting the Payroll Operations team by providing functional SAP assistance
  • Payroll Tax submission and assisting with the annual return
  • Providing insights from data analysis to support decision making and drive process optimisation.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • You will bring to the role a strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Payroll
  • Minimum of 5 years payroll experience.
  • Systems experience - SAP ECP is desirable, Service Now and/or UKG is also ideal.
  • Experience working in larger organisations, within a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Australian legislation and award interpretation. 
  • Ability to solve complex problems relating to payroll, leave and GL accounts.
  • Excellent time management skills, eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to document and deliver process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
