Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and recruit highly skilled IT and cybersecurity professionals across the United States and LATAM.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates’ technical skills, and guide them through the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with US-based clients to understand job requirements, deliver tailored recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on IT and cybersecurity trends to effectively target and engage with high-demand talent.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and client requirements while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment with a focus on IT and cybersecurity roles.
  • Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of both US-based and LATAM markets, including hiring practices, cultural nuances, and talent landscapes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity terminologies, tools, and certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, SOC, SIEM).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
  • Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
