🙌🏼 Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for our new Lead Frontend Engineer to join our team and lead our talented team of Frontend Engineers while we embark on a new project.

Having successfully created multiple internal projects over the 7 years of the company (Angular & React Native). We've recently added a new string to our bow in the form of an all-new IoT & data visualization-centered platform (Remix & React).

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced and passionate Frontend Engineer with a proven track record of leading development teams. You have a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies and frameworks, such as React, Angular, Vue or S’velte and are comfortable navigating the challenges of scaling complex platforms.

You will bring a balance of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities. You are comfortable taking ownership of projects, from the architectural decisions down to the smallest code detail, while also mentoring and developing a highly skilled team.

🎯 Recruitment Process:

1. Initial HR Chat (30 minutes): Your journey starts with a brief phone conversation. This is an informal chat aimed at answering any questions you might have about the role or our company and to give us a chance to learn a bit about you and your professional aspirations.
2. Discussion with a member of the team and our VP of Engineering (60 minutes): Following the HR chat, you'll have the opportunity to meet a Frontend Engineer from our team, and Tim, our VP of Engineering. In this call, we'll dive deeper into your background, experiences, and technical skills. We will also share insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of the role, our current projects, and how you might fit into the team as well as answers any questions you might have.
3. Technical Discussion Call (60 minutes): No take-home project or pop-up quiz. We'll simply have a technical conversation with a Senior Frontend Engineer and David our Chief Technology Officer. This conversation is a chance for us to discuss your views about the current tech landscape, and dive into challenges that we all have faced in our careers and the different means we've used to solve them.
4. Team Introduction (90 minutes): The final step in the process is a casual meet-and-greet with other members of our team. This isn't as much an interview as a chance for you to get to know the people you'll be working with.
