As a Project Manager you will ensure that projects across the organization are delivered on time, within budget, and meet both technical and business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in protecting clients from security threats by implementing robust identity and access solutions, together with your colleagues, that align with their security strategies.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing both customer and internal expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency, alignment, and successful outcomes. Beyond local projects, you may also be assigned to regional initiatives across Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland, contributing to impactful cybersecurity solutions on a broader scale.
What You’ll Do as a Project Manager
- Project Planning, Tracking & Oversight:
- Define objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments; establish communication with stakeholders.
- Lead implementations of IAM solutions, track progress, and ensure delivery in accordance with agreements made
- Manage and steer budgets, track expenses, and report financial progress to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary client contact, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment between client needs and project execution. Additionally, manage internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Quality Assurance & Documentation: Ensure quality standards are met, oversee testing phases, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Coaching & Standardization: Mentor team members and promote consistency in project approach and monitoring across the organization.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager, ideally leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience with smaller and larger projects and programs, preferably in IAM domain and the ability to run several projects at the same time.
- Certification in project management, such as Prince2, IPMA-D or higher equivalent.
- Proficiency in methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum and certificates in that field
- Experience with project management and or agile tools (like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Quick decision-making to address project challenges.
