Mira Search is an HR agency location in Dubai UAE, we're hiring on behalf of our partner an Executive Search Recruiter. Our partner is a global IT product holding company established in 2017, specializing in innovative technology and marketing solutions. Provides efficient digital marketing, creative, design, traffic, and payment system solutions for the international entertainment industry. They are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Executive Search Recruiter to join our team.

Requirements

  • Extensive Executive Recruitment Experience: Possesses a proven track record (3-5+ years) managing all stages of executive recruitment, specifically for C-suite and senior management positions.
  • Industry Expertise & Network: Demonstrates expertise in executive sourcing within the iGaming and Fintech sectors, leveraging a strong professional network in these industries.
  • Strategic Partnership & Needs Assessment: Excels at building strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their strategic talent needs and identify ideal candidates for high-impact roles.
  • Comprehensive Recruitment Knowledge: Exhibits deep understanding of executive recruitment strategies, various assessment methods, and effective selection techniques.
  • Advanced Interviewing Skills: Proficient in conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews to evaluate high-level candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation Acumen: Demonstrates strong judgment in assessing candidates' career progression, motivations, and cultural fit within organizations.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation: Possesses outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Unwavering Integrity & Discretion: Maintains the highest level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Fluent in English: Demonstrates at least upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full executive recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing through offer negotiation, specifically for senior and C-suite positions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract passive candidates, leveraging networking, referrals, and executive search platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive, structured interviews to assess executive candidates' qualifications, suitability, and leadership capabilities.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of executive-level talent for future hiring needs.
  • Prioritize candidate relationship management to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term engagement.
