Job description

Our partner - an international IT product holding company. Founded in 2017, the company continues to establish innovative tech and marketing solutions worldwide. They provide their clients with efficient solutions in digital marketing, creativity, design, traffic, and payment systems for the global entertainment industry.

They are looking for an experienced CBDO to join the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of a growth strategy for the iGaming division;
  • Identifying new market opportunities, including launching new products and expanding geographical presence;
  • Building and executing a strategy for scaling the business;
  • Establishing and nurturing partnerships with game providers, payment systems, and platforms;
  • Participating in industry events to expand the network of contacts and promote the brand;
  • Leading the business development department and participating in the recruitment of key employee;
  • Coordinating the implementation of new technologies and solutions to improve user experience;
  • Monitoring trends in the iGaming industry and conducting competitor analysis;
  • Developing revenue forecasts and managing budgets;
  • Participating in budget planning and financial forecasting;
  • Evaluating the economic efficiency of projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the iGaming industry in a leadership position;
  • Understanding of market specifics, including interactions with game providers, licensing, and regulation;
  • Strong skills in establishing and managing international partnerships;
  • Leadership qualities and a proven track record in successfully managing teams;
  • Fluency in English and Russian
