We’re looking for an creative and result-oriented Marketing Sr Manager for Beauty Brands to drive the strategic vision and execution of all branding initiatives across multiple channels, including retention, acquisition, creatives, influencers, and social media, to deliver measurable impact on company results. You will not only champion brand consistency by aligning all communications with comprehensive brand guidelines but also act as a critical liaison between key functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration to amplify the success of marketing campaigns.

Your role involves crafting and implementing large-scale, cross-channel campaigns that elevate brand presence, fuel growth, and engage target audiences effectively. Beyond managing social media and influencer strategies, you will be a strategic partner to acquisition and retention teams, leveraging insights to create cohesive campaigns that drive both customer acquisition and loyalty.
