They are looking for dynamic Cold Callers with a strong sales background who can confidently engage prospects, build connections, and convert conversations into opportunities. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Medicare services.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and challenges.
Pitch relevant products and services to meet the prospect’s requirements.
Build rapport and establish relationships to turn cold calls into warm leads.
Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement cold-calling strategies.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to tailor pitches effectively.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience: Prior experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus but not essential.
Customer Engagement: Ability to connect with potential customers, handle objections, and create a positive customer experience.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage and track interactions is preferred.
Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and meeting targets.
Professionalism: Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection effectively.
