This pivotal role will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial part in shaping the future of their organization.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of P&L statements to foster sustainable financial growth
• Formulate comprehensive business strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with brand objectives.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to enhance our audience reach and revenue streams.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, ensuring they are motivated, empowered, and equipped for success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to remain informed on industry best practices and strategic directions.
• Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders and influencers.
• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and public forums

• Proven expertise in managing P&L statements and driving financial growth.
• A minimum of 8 years in online media with a strong understanding of current trends and competitive dynamics.
• Familiarity with SEO and affiliate marketing is essential.
• Required experience in the cryptocurrency sector; experience in iGaming is a plus.
• At least 5 years in senior management roles, preferably within digital media.
• Strong ability to develop business strategies and KPIs, with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
• Exceptional networking abilities, with confidence in representing the brand at public events and through media engagements.
