The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
Understand customer business processes and requirements, and configure Maximo to meet their needs.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, technical designs, and implementations.
Customize/Configure, test, and deploy IBM Maximo through all phases of the implementation life cycle
Develop interfaces using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo and its integrations.
Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets customer requirements.
Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations or enhancements within Maximo.
Provide training sessions to users and create documentation on Maximo functionalities, best practices, and processes.
Develop custom solutions, reports, or modules within Maximo to address specific client needs.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades or patches as needed.
Ideal Profile
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo Supply Chain and/or Nuclear.
Extensive experience working with Maximo, including configuration, customization, and administration.
Expertise in Maximo Integration Framework, Maximo Object Structures, and Rules Configurations.
Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and other relevant programming languages used in Maximo customization.
Deep understanding of WebSphere Architecture.
Deep understanding of Maximo data structures, application design, security, and workflow design
Ability to understand client requirements, recommend solutions, and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Able to communicate with leadership and colleagues about technical capabilities, limitations, issues, and recommendations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and resourceful.
Aptitude for identifying and resolving complex technical issues or challenges related to Maximo implementation and usage.
