Title: GIS Programmer
Duration: 12 Months (With possible extention)
Location: Los Angeles, CA / Remote

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with the following skills:
i. Esri Javascript API application development
ii. Esri Data types fgdb, shapefiles
iii. Write ETL's for Esri Data
iv. GIS ArcGIS JavaScript API
v. MVC Pattern
vi. LINQ / Entity framework
vii. IIS Servers
viii. JavaScript / jQuery / Bootstrap
ix. REST Web API Creation
x. DBMS technology such as SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, and Access
xi. Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft DevOps
xii. Git and TFS Source Control
xiii. Advanced knowledge of APIs
xiv. Code Reviews

Desired but not Required skills
i. ArcGIS Enterprise(to assist/advise on system architecture, system maintenance / monitoring, and Hub/Site development/deployment
ii. Microsoft Azure Service Bus and SQL MI Concepts
iii. ColdFusion experience a strong plus
iv. ASP.NET Core / C#
v. Custom web applications (Public agency developed)
vi. Enterprise web applications (OpenGov)
vii. Cloud computing concepts in addition to on-premise solutions

Other skills
i. Software integration solutions with other business systems including data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms
ii. Able to take direction and complete assignments is a timely manner
iii. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a small, highly skilled team
iv. Troubleshoot client issues related to application deployment and system architecture
v. Reviewing and vetting software products and/or applications
vi. Designing and delivering mobile or location-based business applications
