WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Business Administration Specialist will be the lead for all Pike13 customer billing/collections (currently via Stripe) and all external vendor payments and collections. This will require daily management to keep AP/AR flowing as well as a focus on monthly and quarterly corporate reporting.
- Organize and fulfill A/P. A/R and other Accounting tasks related to corporate deadlines
- Monitor customer account status within Stripe accounting tools and provide collections information and assistance to account managers and customers as needed.
- Ensure all vendor accounts receive on-time payment and appropriate logging within the corporate system (currently Reqlogic)
- Work within Pike13 tools (HubSpot, Stripe, Looker, BackOffice) to ensure customer data accuracy on a weekly basis in order to produce timely and accurate monthly and quarterly corporate reports
- Maintain the master Company calendar at Pike13.
- Assist with purchase of office supplies and business equipment, as needed ;
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained on key written and verbal communication.
- Collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing special projects.

- 2-3 years’ in office management or administrative roles
- Business degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting, human resources, business and management principles and administrative management practices and procedures
HOW YOU’LL DO IT
- Thorough knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong computer and/or analytical skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and change priorities as necessary
- Independent, self-starter with a strategic perspective
- Strong writing and communications skills
