As anAccount Manager, you will be focused on managing and developing an assigned portfolio of accounts to achieve defined revenue and client retention targets.This critical and high visibility role will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within their client base while working with Medicus’ Sales, Recruiting, and Business Support teams to manage and ensure timely delivery of services.
This position is located on-site at our office in Windham, New Hampshire. After 6 months of employment, there is an opportunity to work from home 1-2x a week.
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement strategic plans designed to grow (increase market share within) assignedaccounts;leveraging internal resources as needed andappropriate
Continuously consult with clients to understand current and anticipate challenges and identify opportunity for new or accretivebusiness
Communicate and coordinate with internal physician recruitment teams to ensure client needs aremet
Proactively identify risks within projects and identify solutions to resolve theissues;escalating to internal leadership as appropriate.
Act as liaison between internal business partners such as contracts, licensing, credentialing, travel, and finance to ensure timely execution of project staffingneeds
Conduct regularly scheduled calls with client accounts and provide status or performance updates asrequested
Ensure client retention through delivery of a superior customer experience and accountability to defined service levelagreements
Develop and maintain in depth knowledge and understanding of our business and service offerings, as well as our competitors andindustry
Produce accurate and timely forecasts respective to key performanceindicators
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency; propose new tools andprocesses
Attend and participate in national and regional sales meetings, conferences, andevents
Here’s what we look for:
Experience selling into and/or managing large account portfolios.
Articulate communicator, in person and over the phone, with a demonstrated ability to establish and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
Highly organized with the ability manage multiple priorities and deliverableseffectively
Solution-oriented with ability to identify and mitigate risk factors; out-of-the-boxthinker
Self-motivated and able to deliver results in an ever-changing,fast pacedenvironment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of sales and/or account management experience
Ability to travel; approximately 10%
