Growth Manager

Full-time, Remote

Position:

Join our fast-growing company as our first Growth Team member, working directly with founders to manage our podcast-driven customer acquisition engine. You'll be responsible for end-to-end growth operations, leveraging AI technology to optimize and scale our processes.  Additionally you will own communication with clients and talents, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, follow-ups and updates related to growth operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the guest booking pipeline and communication.

  2. Execute outreach campaigns to secure high-value podcast guests.

  3. Prepare and distribute materials for hosts and guests, ensuring seamless collaboration.

  4. Coordinate recording schedules and manage follow-ups.

  5. Generate show notes and social media content using AI tools.

  6. Upload and manage website content, ensuring accurate distribution.

  7. Execute social media strategies across platforms to boost audience engagement.

  8. Oversee cold email outreach campaigns, driving lead generation.

  9. Manage the sales pipeline and follow-up processes.

  10. Maintain and optimize CRM systems for efficiency and accuracy.

  11. Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  12. Manage and own email communication with clients and talents using CRM tools to organize and streamline communication processes

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales.

  • Strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI.

  • Proven experience with CRM systems and email automation tools.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Weekly new guest bookings

  • Weekly podcast episode publications

  • Sales meeting conversion rate

  • Deal closure rate
