As an Account Manager Enterprise (m/f/d), you will be responsible for expanding and developing our existing client base – leveraging innovative SaaS cloud solutions that transform and safeguard your customers’ critical business areas. Our SaaS solutions are more than just software – they form the backbone of our clients’ most critical business operations, enabling companies to work more agilely, securely, and efficiently. YOUR MISSION:

  • Expand Existing Accounts: Identify new revenue opportunities within our established customer base and develop tailored cross- and upselling strategies. 
  • Consult and Support: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping your clients optimize their mission-critical processes – covering all Workforce Management processes - with our SaaS solutions. 
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster sustainable partnerships, anticipate customer needs early, and ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams like Product Management and Customer Success to deliver solutions that address your clients’ business-critical challenges. 
  • Measure Success: Monitor your KPIs and take pride in exceeding set growth goals. 

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience in Account Management: You’ve successfully managed enterprise accounts (1000 Employees and above) before, ideally in the SaaS or IT sector. 
  • Customer Focus: You excel at building long-term relationships, thinking strategically, and acting solution oriented. 
  • Technical Acumen: You understand the needs of large organizations and are familiar with SaaS, cloud, and IT solutions. 
  • Communication Skills: You’re confident, empathetic, and able to simplify complex topics for your audience.
  • Successfully completed university degree.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and in English for collaboration with all clients.
