We are seeking a talented and experienced Workday Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM Core, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Time and Absence, and Payroll, with expertise in report building, dashboards, and integrations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with multiple Workday customers, leveraging advanced Workday functionalities to optimize HR processes and drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain various types of Workday reports, including custom reports and dashboards.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and design effective reporting solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications.
Provide support and training to end-users on Workday functionalities and reporting tools.
Stay updated on Workday best practices and new features, and recommend process improvements accordingly.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience as a Workday Specialist or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Workday Reporting, Report Builder, Custom Reports, and XSLT Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT).
Experience working with multiple Workday customers, with in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English language.
