Staff Backend Engineer

Design, develop, and optimize systems while overseeing and guiding the backend development team to

ensure the delivery of scalable , and secure backend solutions

Functional Key Responsibilities:

● Drive architectural strategy

● Lead complex backend initiatives

● Optimize system performance

● Ensure security and compliance through

authentication, data protection, and regulatory

adherence across all services

● Define and drive key technical initiativ

● Manage databases and storage solutions, selecting

and refining architectur

● Lead incident response, coordinating root cause

analysis for critical issues and implementing

preventive measures

● Contribute to the technical roadmap, proposing

and guiding adoption of emerging technologies or

architectural paradigms

Requirements

▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

▪ Preferred 8+ years of experience as Backend .
