Job description

Mira Search is a recruitment agency that hires employees on behalf of our client, an international IT holding company. The company specializes in the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, B2B solutions, and innovative products for the iGaming industry.

Currently, our clients are looking for a Team Leader for business trainers (8-10 people) for an online casino product.

Job Description:

  • Improvement and development of negotiation and sales skills for trainers (retail, call centers, sales);
  • Evaluation of team performance results;
  • Monitoring the delivery and development of online training sessions by product trainers;
  • Participation in projects related to customer orientation;
  • Sharing best practices with other business departments in different countries;
  • Support, coordination of the training team, and creating conditions for their effective work;
  • Completing reporting files and communication with responsible stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle high process loads and quickly respond to changes;
  • Experience in online casinos and understanding of how the iGaming business works;
  • At least 3 years of experience in L&D (creating and conducting training sessions and online courses);
  • Experience in HR is a plus;
  • Russian language-native, English-conversational;
  • Skill in building processes from scratch in a matrix management system.
