Job description

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and supervise our sales team. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives within our SaaS environment, ensuring that revenue goals are met or exceeded. The Sales Manager will oversee SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and Account Executives, and ideally, will also participate as a closer when necessary. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills in English, and experience driving performance in fast-paced SaaS organizations.

  1. Team Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs and Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets.

    • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.

  2. Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand clients customer base and achieve short- and long-term revenue objectives.

    • Monitor key metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, average deal size) and adjust tactics to maintain strong sales performance.

  3. Pipeline Management

    • Establish and maintain a rigorous pipeline management process, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting.

    • Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead generation strategies and engage high-quality prospects.

  1. Closing Deals

    • Act as a closer for high-value or strategic deals when necessary, leveraging strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

    • Work closely with Account Executives to refine their closing techniques and improve their success rates.

  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Marketing to align on demand generation campaigns, lead quality, and sales enablement materials.

    • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of new customers.

  3. Reporting & Analytics

    • Track and analyze sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

    • Use data to drive decision-making, setting realistic goals, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
