The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Education Manager (m/f/d) to lead the commercialization and strategic placement of our educational offerings in the market. This role is for a visionary business leader with a deep passion for education, someone who understands how to design, position, and scale impactful learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of industries and professionals across Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Commercialization: Lead efforts to market, price, and sell educational programs, ensuring their value resonates with industry stakeholders and learners alike.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute innovative strategies to position our programs as the go-to solutions for workforce development in the raw materials and metals sectors.
  • Build Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with governments, industry leaders, and academia to align educational programs with market and workforce needs.
  • Innovate & Scale: Design scalable, financially sustainable education models that address critical upskilling and reskilling challenges across Europe.
  • Impact-Driven Leadership: Work closely with the Education Director and team to ensure programs are both high-quality and aligned with EIT RawMaterials’ mission of driving Europe’s green transition.

  • A strategic thinker who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities, creating solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Experience in environments where Learning & Development is highly valued, demonstrating a strong ability to drive change and make an impact.
  • A hands-on leader with the ability to build, brand, and position education programs effectively.
  • Expertise in marketing, sales, and commercialization of educational offerings, with a focus on scaling their reach and impact.
  • Strong project management skills, coupled with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
