We represent individual and corporate clients throughout the DMV, covering these practice areas
Employment law: plaintiff and defense
Labor law: management and labor side
Business law: corporate formations, outside general counsel, M&A, business break-ups and dissolutions
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in employment and business litigation matters in Virginia state and federal courts, including: the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Alexandria Division), Fairfax County Circuit Court, Fairfax County General District Court, Prince William County Circuit Court, and Loudoun County Circuit Court.
Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
Collaborate with our team on case management and strategy.
Maintain strong communication with clients, providing them with case updates and strategic advice.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Virginia and in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with first chair experience in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Alexandria Division) and Fairfax County Circuit Court.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Self-motivated and capable of managing cases independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
